Order and Delivery
When will I receive my order?
The delivery of orders is done through Globegistics ֿ\ UPS within a period of:
- 7-14 working days in USA
- 14-31 working days in European Community
- 14-31 working days in Israel
We recommend using an email that you can keep up to date with as soon as the order is sent to you by a tracking code of one of the shipping companies we work with.
If the items are not in stock, we will send you an email with all the information.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Once the order has been made we can change it no later than 24 hours from the time of order placed, To cancel or change the order send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will modify it for you.

The customer will bear the cost of the refund. request return by mail to email@example.com for a period not exceeding 15 working days of receipt of the product with the following information:
- Do you want a refund or change of size?
- Reason for return
Products must be returned
In its original condition, along with any accessories related to them, can not be used, washed or damaged.
Urbannis will coordinate the collection of the garment in the address specified by the customer. Only refunds managed by Urbannis with your shipping agency will be accepted.
For size changes, you must deliver your clothing to the messenger when the correct size is delivered.
Is the exchange free?
*The shipping costs of returns and swaps will not be covered
In case you want a refund and not a change of size, you will receive the amount in the same way that you made the payment.
